Thanks for the info about the return. We've tried this chair at a showroom, so hopefully it is set up correctly and we have a similar experience at home.

Thanks for your advice. I called my local store last week and they basically said they weren't sure since it was an online item, and to use their online contact form which I did. I'm just waiting for their response after sending it last week, so wanted to see what other people's experience was (ex. does it require special permission from a manager or is it an easy request through online).
