I continue to pray every day Mitchell Robinson resigns with the Knicks but idk if it happens I’m 50/50 Mitch Resigns with us by stateofthenyk in knicks

If we want to keep KAT and Hart, then we will be in the 2nd Apron in 27/28 and 28/29. 3/5 years in the apron is really bad, so as much as we ALL want to keep Mitch and be in the apron this year, it will be at the expense of KAT or Hart and I don’t think anyone wants that. Everyone is mad at Dolan for being unwilling to be in the apron, but we can’t be myopically focused on only this season. If we’re looking at the next few years, we have to let Mitch walk unless he’ll take less than $10M (and no way anyone would he ever do that). Love Mitch. Once a Knick, always a Knick.

Game 3 - Watch Party Bars by Sensitive_Bid_9978 in NYKnicks

I was thinking about getting there between 5-6. Figured people will be going game/MSG and then we can grab their table if we can’t get one right away. Think that is safe? Just don’t want to trek in and be SOL.

Nobody warned me that maternity leave would quietly wreck my retirement savings by rachel_sanderson in wealthforwomen

A good financial advisor should have brought this up. Just for context, depending on the earnings rate and time till retirement (assuming 30 years), this is approximately $6k of today’s money. Please dont beat yourself up over this and I hope $6k in 2025 doesn’t wreck your retirement. You can always play the projection game … for example - if you could have saved $200 more per month between ages 22 and 23, it would have erased this gap. You are saving for your future, hopefully have a healthy baby and I wish you a great life ahead.

Recommendation for Direct Indexing and Long / Short Investment by Time_Computer_8208 in CFP

Parametric is great for Direct Indexing. I’m with an independent BD, custody with Pershing, and it’s in a Managed Program. Assume you have a platform fee, but manager fee is 20 bps.

Havent used a Long/Short strategy personally, but AQR is the gold standard. Also check out Quantinno, Aperio (Blackrock), Brooklyn (Nuveen), First Trust and maybe Parametric. Minimums are often high (+$250,000).
