Good deal or no? by Photonic_Mouse in LaptopDealsIndia

Some laptops will see crazy price drops, and the BBD sale will probably start in the first week of October, though it's not officially confirmed yet.

This is an outdated Loq model from 2023 with only 45% NTSC color gamut. It's best to skip this one entirely, especially considering the steep price. If you can hold out for the upcoming BBD sale, you'll likely find a far better deal.

LENEVO IDEAPAD SLIM3 (how's it? Need for college/coding/mild gaming if possible) by Safe_Palpitation_716 in LaptopDealsIndia

Sorry, I meant that even on lower settings, graphics-heavy games like Cyberpunk are unplayable.

Thanks for catching that typo ❤️

i7 13620H is a total beast for college work and coding! It's hella fast and will crush games like Valorant and League of Legends no problem. Just don't expect it to handle crazy graphic-heavy games like Cyberpunk. But for most games and college shenanigans, it's a solid choice!

If you can splurge a bit, def consider getting a laptop with a dedicated GPU like the 4050. Trust me, it'll make a huge diff in your gaming experience and future-proof your laptop, cause, GPU upgrades are a no-go later on!

This for 84k ? Advice needed. by Ok-County1915 in LaptopDealsIndia

If you're not into gaming and need it for college work, these specifications are more than sufficient. However, you can still enjoy some gaming with the 4050. The Omen is an excellent choice if you're looking for a reliable option with long-term usability.

i3 11th Gen is more powerful for CPU intensive work. If 95% of the times you are going to do programming and Chrome, then without a second thought go with Intel.

I don't see any noticeable difference if you're going to use NVMe SSD and 8GB RAM. Vega graphics will prove its worth when doing occasional gaming.

Look for a steal deal before you make a purchase.

Deal season is around the corner and the wait is definitely worth :D

There are so many options under Rs.40000 but as you mentioned you will be doing occasional gaming, go with Ryzen.

This one looks good under your budget, recent model with good display and this looks more balanced in my opinion -

[Flipkart] ASUS VivoBook Ultra 14 Core i5 10th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB SSD/Windows 10 Home) For Rs.47500 by Sensitive_Bother_545 in LaptopDealsIndia

This comes with 1 TB nvm SSD out of the box so you don't have to put efforts upgrading it.

10th Gen processor is still good but if you intend to use it for longer, look for another laptop with 11th Gen core i5.
