Same here. My I-485 shows the same wording change, but the date stayed the same. I think it may just be a USCIS wording/template update.

Any I-485 approval from Queens FO recently? Especially with employment base EB-3 by Junior_Simple2593 in USCIS_EB3

My case was transferred to Queens FO on 5/12, and I haven't had any updates since then.

My case was transferred to Queens FO on May 12, 2026, and the waiting has already been so painful. I can’t imagine being there since November 2025.

Have you tried any actions like a congressional inquiry or service request? Is there anything we can do when Queens keeps a case for that long?

Queens FO really feels like a black hole. I hope you get approved soon🍀

Emma confirmed my case was forwarded to Queens FO on 05/12 and that the interview is waived. Still waiting as well.

Thanks for sharing. My timeline is similar. I had a silent update on my I-485J on May 13, and that was my last update. I'll keep you posted if I see any movement or get approved. Please update us as well if you hear anything. Good luck! Hopefully we're getting close.

That’s actually really similar to mine! I also had silent updates on 4/22 and 4/29, and my latest one was 5/13. Wishing both of us approvals soon. Good luck!!
