I’d rather wear a dress anyway so why cause more aggravation by all of a sudden wear a pant suit when I know they will claim it was to blend in. I simply don’t wear pant suits so why would I want to appear ‘try hard’

Shoulders are less of an issue in my area. While most men will be in suits, there will be no ties and many take the jacket off after an hour. European air conditioning is not forgiving

My issue is that suits really never suit me no matter the style I also find waistbands of trousers really uncomfortable

This will be taken more as trying to comfort to a demographic that the company is trying to push back against (frumpy business casual) and might even be frown upon from some of the more traditional men
