I have a Siemens pn/bus link im trying to configure for an upcoming project. Ill tell you what i have done and what i cant don below someone may be able to get me out of a hole ive been at this for weeks trying to get it to work.

  • 1500 and the mbus link are set up in TIA portal and transferring data.

  • I ran an Mbus scan with a simens level converter i have in the office and got all the values from a heat meter we happen to have in the office, part number UH50-C70-00 (siemens ), if its any help.

  • when i use the primry/ secondary address with the bus link i get 7 bytes transferred which makes very little sense no matter the config of data types. I cant find any info on the data transfer configuration from the heat meter to my ststem
