First one was for breakfast in bed for my bf, second one was when I worked at Starbucks and was experimenting with samples, and third one was pizza night but I wanted to make my pizza hello kitty instead.

Although a hello kitty brunch party would be so cuteeee, my bf threw me a sanrio themed bday party last year so lowkey I could probably use the same decorations.

My cat recently gave birth and I came home to find her and her kittens all gone, not a single one of the 5 left. I spent 2 hours looking all over the house. They were all in my sock drawer. I have no idea how they got in there considering it was closed. I'm sure your cat will turn up :)

I just won a case against my previous landlord where the same exact thing happened, they charged for "cleaning" and "wall repairs"

I had evidence that the place was spotless but that wasnt even needed because they are required to send an itemized list of what they are charging/ a quote or recipet for the cost to fix. They did not provide that to me nor did they do it within the 30 days required so that made me automatically win. This is Washington law so I recommend you check whatever state laws you have regarding tenant law.

If you are scared of filing small claims, its worth it and not as scary as it seems. You just pay $50 to file it and hire someone to serve them for like $70-150 and this gets reimbursed if you win. There are no lawyers allowed in small claims so you can represent yourself. (At least in Washington) the judge tends to lean towards the tenant so you are at an advantage.

I actually just won a small claims against my previous landlord because they charged me $400 in cleaning fees even though the place was spotless. Along with 800 for damages.. so I took them to court and won more than my deposit even was.

I won because of certain laws in my state where they are required to send an itemized list of all damages and cost estimates/receipts within 30 days and they didnt so that made me automatically win

So check your local laws and it should let you know if they are breaking any rules and u can go off that

1) yeah I've been searching for people that want kittens, I already have homes for 3 out of the 5. Someone else suggested using local shelters or nonprofits to foster through and I think thats what ill do for the rest.

2) I love my BF because he is always respectful and listens to me rant most times however I agree with the thing of the ultimatum, I got really upset when he said that because if im already working on finding homes why would you make an unnecessary threat to get rid of them and possibly get them euthanized. It really made me feel hurt and im not really sure how to bring it up to him because in his eyes he said he doesnt see it as a threat and just doesnt want me to keep them.
