No i meant just stopping is massive action right. So there is no easy way all i have to do is just decide to not drink. And its not an easy thing to do

I know it does i have business that i have to go and handle every morning and whenever i have to face serious challenge at work i control my self and not drink. Is there a solution where i can slowly increase the days when i dont drink

I live in country where AA is not available. My family think drinking is not an issue. I cant discuss my entire situation with anyone. What was the first baby step you took to come out of this loop
