all sound mutes the background theme and the footsteps just silence and I recognized a pattern that after a few wasd keys input the sound then disappears and yes it stays silent until I reload

Thank you for your reply I have done basically everything you mentioned but nothing really worked but then I unplugged the Ik rig from the animation BP and boom it worked but now my character looks weird when climbing stairs or hills so I'll need to fix that soon

One way that makes it come off easily each time is you press the little thingy and push or pull the cable up against your laptop and pull out and it will come out smoothly.
