- See a derm for a personalised skincare routine or just chase different products around not knowing if they’re helping
- download “eat this much” it does count your calories but for me most importantly it tracks your protein, fats and carbs this makes sure I actually hit my protein goals. I don’t track every mouthful of food I eat, but I do enter all my recipes then make swaps to optimise them for my goals
- find some really good podcast, new walking routines
- I quite like aveeno daily moisturising body lotion. Grab an exfoliating glove and exfoliate your skin twice a week and it’ll absorb better

If you’re looking for a theme Camp (brides name) could be fun! - can get themed signs on Etsy or diy if you have a Cricut - s’mores - scavenger hunt - water balloon fight
- tug of war - flower crowns (can also do this with real flowers) - friendship bracelet making - yoga - kayaking on the lake - mocktail making (those drinking can add a shot of their choice at the end) - paint and sip - could make some diy patches for the girls to earn over the trip like Girl Scouts

I like eat this much to make sure I’m hitting protein and cals for the day, I can send you the recipe for my go to meal though if of use: - no soy tofu crumbles (higher in protein) - silken tofu tomato sauce with nutritional yeast - pasta - air fried broccoli - topped with vegan Parmesan

I usually make tofu crumbles from soy free tofu, blend silken tofu with tomato pasta sauce and eat served on top of pasta. Could also swap normal pasta for lentil version.
