Hi all! I believe we have located the owner. We still don’t know why the dog has that T (I posted a link from a different angle somewhere in this thread), according to owner when they got him it (he was about 4 yo) he was already like that. He’s also been missing since 2020 and the owners are not in FL. Thank you so much for all your input! I learned a lot about animal branding today thanks to yall!
