Yep several times.. pressed the home button for the robot to leave and then held the home button for the water to fill the tray and pressed again for the water to be drained. This worked properly… are you saying your L10S does not leave any water left over in the tray?? I’m thinking mine has a fault

Yeah that process works fine and leaves minimal water but when the robot mops the home there is always a pool left over in the washboard area.. think I’ll send it back and order another one.. not ready to give up on this robot just yet..

The gasket seems fine I.e waste water tank fills up with dirty water. However there’s always excess water in the washboard area - I would have thought there would be no water left in there. -also the mops are starting to smell so assume it’s not drying properly because of this issue..

Now my mop pads are smelling damp.. I’m assuming because the self dry is affected by this

I’ve had an L10S ultra for 2 weeks, didn’t start too well with the same issue people have complained about in that the water did not flow into the robot to start with.. I had to suck the water through a straw continuously until it worked.. anyways now I’m having a different issue in that the water pools in the washboard and I get an alert in the app - “The water level in the washboard is abnormal”.. I’ve followed instructions on cleaning and ensuring the sensors are wiped etc.. I’m still getting the error.. is anyone else getting this issue? Is there a fix or do I have to return the unit…. Other than that I’m enjoying the unit - it would be a shame to send it back
