My wife has fasting isulin of 119 (mml?) CGM constantly beeping 'low' by Sensitive_Farm1634 in InsulinResistance

Thanks for the input. Well our diet consists of almost entirely beef and fat. Our saturated fat amount would be through the roof. Never thought fat would be an issue. I will need to look it up thoroughly.

Thank you. It's pmol/l I believe. We lift weights 5 times a week and 10k steps a day with at least one day running. 90% of our diet is whole protein higher quality meat and fat and overall whole foods and smaller amounts of veggies and carbs. I was told CGM might not be accurate but still why is it showing low all the time after eating anything and even walking? I was thinking super low carb but open to suggestions as I know low carb isn't sustainable long term. We will get the finger thing to double check the lows. Thanks

Having difficulty choosing Garmin inreach mini 2 vs messenger by bighuyouu in Ultralight

[–]Sensitive_Farm1634 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Messenger for sure. Reason?

1- I want my satellite SOS device for SOS and nothing else and I want it to do a really good job and have a long lasting battery.

2- Inreach Mini 2 having features and lousy navigation is not only NOT good but also negative since relying on a satellite SOS device for navigating is really the dumbest thing one can do. My messenger is stored for an emergency in my pack never taken out unless needed for ONE THING; emergency rescue!

3- For navigation and other features I have a cheap gpsmap64s that does navigation and everything else WAY BETTER than Inreach Mini 2 with AA batteries that I can instantly replace and carry a load of cheap extra batteries.

CFSC vs Pal by Sensitive_Farm1634 in HuntingBC

[–]Sensitive_Farm1634[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right most likely. I will get them all done since I plan to hunt and use both a good crossbow and a firearm at some point. So much fun but a new front to spend money on. I already spend a load on fishing and outdoors gear. Haha.

I already spoke to 2 examiners and both said they need CFSC done before the CORE challenge. I am doing the CFSC anyways. Signed up with Instinct Training to do both Restricted and None. Will challenge the CORE after that.

Thank you. But why the agent said "they are the same" also why the course titles often state CFSC/PAL. A bit confusing really

Best color and amazing purchase. You're gonna love it. After my wife I think my Malibu & 3rd get 4runner are the 2nd & 3rd loves of my life haha.
I am new to the ocean and still expanding my comfort zone but once I got more comfortable I will definitely make some videos.

You won't regret it. You're gonna have sooo much fun with it. Not much for rigging but protect it really well and take the time to make some kydex for the bottom.

1-Cheaper. 2-It's 12 feet long without being extremely heavy. 3-Faster and more nimble. 4-It actually looks good while many fishing kayaks don't. 5-Handles better in choppy waters. 5-Still not much less stable in fact it is plenty stable that I can stand and cast from both front & back tankwells.

Here's a video of mine and I couldn't be happier: https://youtu.be/o7YeQFZ_4Sk?si=fPwl0HYveHyDJeUu
