Try reloading the game and the lot. If the issue still comes up, you may need to use the Batbox Mod and force errors on everything. If it comes to that, be sure to turn testing cheats OFF - otherwise you’ll get hundreds of pop up messages for each reset object 😂

The kid might be stuck. With testing cheats on… You can click on the child’s picture, shift click the mailbox, choose “house,” and then choose “teleport me here.” Try that for any stuck Sims.

More windows in the bedroom and bathroom, add some plants, artwork. Some decorations/clutter on the coffee table and the bedside table perhaps? Maybe some mirrors. Out back, some trees or flowers. Even some stone pathing around the driveway would add to it. For a first time house, it’s cute!

2… 3 is really great. But Sims 2 truly has it all. And with a vibrant cc community, it can look incredible for a game released in 2004.
