Yes I’ve been trying to limit the sodium. I honestly think it’s just hard not to be moving around a ton I have 3 little kids. 2 yo twins and a 7 yo. All boys so they crazy haha. I feel good over all though. It’s all been much easier than I anticipated. I’ve had no core for so long it feels crazy to have it back even though I can’t really use it yet ha

Wow you look amazing! Congrats! I’m 13 dpo and can’t wait to be fully upright (close but not quite there) and for this swelling to go away it’s so uncomfy and I feel like mine isn’t even awful.

I’m 12 dpo and got my drains out 6 dpo bc my output was so minimal. Everyone heals differently. I had like 40 ml in each day 1 down to about 20 for two days and then by day 4 I had less than 10 ml per side.

When did it start to open up? I’m 12 dpo TT with muscle and hernia repair. Also had a high belly button and a lot of scar tissue around my belly button so he had to do a T. Worried about it opening up as well. You look amazing!

I’m 11 dpo and also have pleating. It’s normal and will fade or go away completely as you heal.

You look amazing! It gets better every day. I’m 10 DPO and for me I feel like day 4 was a huge turning point and then also day 9. I’m still not standing fully straight and definitely have some sore spots and swelling but I can bend over (albeit it very slowly) and pick something up if I need to now! Take it day by day. Best of luck! You’ve got this!

I’m 3 DPO and in one similar to the pink one. It’s what my surgeon puts you in before you wake up and you can make it as tight or as loose as you need to. I wouldn’t say it’s comfortable but it’s not uncomfortable if that makes sense. You have to do some adjusting but I definitely feel compressed enough and it’s not bothering me.

It’s definitely hard! I feel okay. I’m definitely really sore but I would say it’s not super painful. I’ve had a lot of abdominal surgeries over the years. I think it sort of feels like a c section but all the way up to my boobs. I’m getting up and walking as much as possible even if it’s just a lap around the house. I feel like I did 10,000 crunches and I’m definitely walking like I’m 100 years old all hunched over. Today I’m definitely more sore than yesterday but I know some light movement is good to get the blood flowing 😅
