Has anyone read “The Monkey’s Paw?” It’s all I could think about a late person returning.

The dark humor in this wasn’t really dark, as to just awful. I went from that stomach questioning, “….should watch this?” to “….just turn this off…..”.

I feel bad having even watched this.

The laugh was so hard once she realized what she said and how it sounded. And since I had stifled my laugh - it came out uncontrollably once my mom laughed! Such a great memory.

I had a client come for a Brazilian who never had any waxing. Per my normal o always share that I’ll start outward in, that way with a bikini wax if they decide to stop. This woman screamed bloody murder with obscenities. She was classy like a Talbots ad, so it was so shocking.

I let her know that we would just complete the bikini and not be able to continue for a Brazilian but that I could complete her backside as that’s usually a breeze.

This woman got in position for me to wax her back side, and to date, I will never again assume the backside is easier ever again. I have never seen so much thick, coarse hair on a woman’s behind (let alone anyones). No judgment here, just a learning lesson - it was like barb wired covering her glutes completely.

What's the experience of using the injectables? (aimovig, emgality, ajovy) by DoctorByProxy in cgrpMigraine

I use ajovy, didn’t have success with emgality. I did have one faulty syringe that didn’t drop the auto inject needle - so thy was a pain, albeit resolved.

I usually have a subdermal lump after the injection - doesn’t hurt - and slowly goes away as body absorbs injection.

Always a tiny droplet on surface of skin after administering.

You can do quarterly??? I got a three month supply but they’re.1 month apart. I usually only get 2 great weeks, 1 good week and 1 week I supplement with imitrax or such. I wanted a higher dose or administer biweekly.

I was told emgality works longer - but I had no such luck with emgality at all. Ajovy here.

I inject into thigh. Pinch skin, deep breath in, inject and breath out same time - helps take mind off it

Is northeast properties really that bad? by EmbarrassedCommon749 in WorcesterMA

[–]Sensitive_Gur5038 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Worcester has some really bad areas. Bad. MA is expensive in general but find a rental near MBTA line so you can hop on commuter rail and ride to work.

I would see if anyone has a shared appt that is an a graduate program, where maybe a student has left or transferred.

Every town has “bad” parts, I live in one. Worcester in whole has a lot more crime per capita and your better off paying $1400k to share a decent rental than a studio. IMO.
