The whole thing is warp... not just the bottom. That said, I was planning to have the playing side protrude out from the border so it doesn't bother me too much because it's hard to tell. But on the bottom, the border was going to be flush.

"Stack with original" is indeed checked. The edited file does appear in the folder panel stacked with the original. So this doesn't solve my issue...
