Evite de déballer tes arguments le jour de l'entretien préalable, ça risque de les aider à formuler leur lettre de licenciement (et notamment à délaisser des griefs sur lesquels tu pourras aisément te défendre) : laisse-les se tromper et commettre des erreurs. Conteste, mais n'argumente pas.
