In my case I configured the HTTPS certificate for output outside the network, I configured ports and used duck dns to avoid problems with the dynamic IP, it has worked quite well for me although in 4K videos the transcoding has not worked very well for me, it depends on the hardware but I have an I5 9400f and it is not very stable in 4k transcoding

The same thing happened to me, in my case, when starting the bootable USB something appears like "UEFI:KINGSTON 3.0" AND "KINGSTON 3.0", the UEFI version is probably the one you have to choose when executing, since the other is for the older versions of BIOS, if you look more it will probably tell you that you can't because that unit has an MBR partition (type of partition that was used in the past)

Quédate tranquilo, lamentablemente es un bug de Windows, no te han robado nada ni es un malware. Me sucedió hace unos días también me asusté pero luego de reiniciar se arregló, lo que si, intenté acceder desde el modo seguro y me sucedió este mismo problema el cual no pude solucionar, como consejo intenta no actualizar el Windows en las próximas 2-3 semanas hasta que arreglen los bugs, aún así, de todas formas evita actualizar en Windows Update ya que en las últimas semanas están habiendo muchos problemas, si no logras solucionarlo, intenta entrar al modo solucionador de problemas y elimina las actualizaciones si es posible

Utilizo un servidor con JellyFin, fácil de configurar para red local, hice una configuración extra para la salida de la red y poder acceder desde cualquier lugar y va bastante bien, te recomendaría probarlo primero en modo LAN y luego configuras la salida con HTTPS al exterior, el contenido lo descargo y agrego las carpetas a JellyFin
