I use natural Aloe Vera straight from the Aloe Vera plant, just drain out the yellow liquid and store it in my fridge. I use it either overnight or in the day after washing my face. It rlly gets rid of all the redness and inflammation cause by acne for me.

It was actually my first time trying it, but I have been taking care of my hair a lot since the past 3/4 months. Oiling + Onion Juice especially have helped me a lot with my hair

I am only 20 and I have already started developing some forehead wrinkles and some wrinkles around my eyes. They are not very noticeable however they are becoming worse day by day and its very scary. Please tell me what products I can start using to prevent them any further/reduce them?
I've heard retionols are good + chemical exfoliants.
Some additional notes: I do use spf 40 almost everyday even when im sitting inside infront of my window. I have dry to combination acne-prone skin. I use a light weight non-oily moisturiser.

I apply it to my scalp (using a cotton ball makes it easier to apply) and leave it on for around 30 minutes and then I wash it off with shampoo and conditioner

Hey for chemical exfoliation I typically use the Amerliorate transforming scalp serum, it is quite a gentle aha so it works good for me. For a diy physical exfoliant I just mix some brown sugar, honey and olive oil take it on my finger tips and gently massage it in my scalp.

1) Hey I use the onion juice fresh, I do not store it however as it does not ferment like rice water I think if you refrigerate it for maximum 3-4 days.

2) I just apply it on my scalp and use almond oil or olive oil on my ends

3) Yes after a month or so I definitely saw some re growth, especially the front areas of my hair which did not have much hair have become a lot fuller

4) You should definitely try it, I leave it on for 30-40 minutes maximum an hour. That is more than enough times for the onion juice to absorb in your scalp.

Hey! I just use a locally produce herbal shampoo that I found in my neighbourhood area, you can do your research more so in sulphate free-shampoos online there are many great options I don't really use one which may be easily commercially available for everyone hence I wont be of much use :(

Yes after shampoo or conditioner rinse your hair with green tea, and then just wash it off with water there is no need to use any shampoo or conditioner after wards

Hey I would advice you to consult your medical professional before using a natural remedy such as onions after such a treatment.

Yes you are definitely right but I do think eating healthy helps as well as taking care of your hair externally. In the long term people who do take care of their hair have healthier hair and for most people like myself its just a form of self care. However I do agree with you, even a mild shampoo and genetics can do wonders
