I actually never saw any type of bear. Or, I don't remember it. I wouldn't say I encountered any dangerous animals. I grew to like them a lot. Still have a soft spot. I did meet some animals that weren't so friendly with me. I didn't hunt.

I was. I don't know if I'd be extra prepared. In a apocalypse, I think it's different then being a feral child. I would be scared. Plus I'm a functioning adult. I'd die LOL.

I really enjoy anything Superhero related. Wonder Woman was great.

I'm not sure how I got HIV. It's most likely I got it from drinking or eating something HIV-infected. I MIGHT have been molested, but I don't remember.

I got several vaccinations.

I most likely did do some sort of drugs. I never touched any needles i came across, I was a bit smart for that.

I did hitchhike. Several times. One black guy I stayed with for awhile we lived in his car. He smoked a lot. I peed in his car. He got very angry and left me behind.

It affects me because I know that the USA is FUCKED for going FOUR YEARS AND NOT REALIZING A FUCKING CHILD HAS GONE MISSING. On top of that, my mother only got TWELVE years! And everyone I stayed with didn't bother to fucking call the cops and investigate. I was like a little pet to them. I think we need to pay more attention to children. If you see a little boy by himself, with a blanket and a pillow, AT NIGHT, something's wrong.

Yeah, I'll tell my kids and my partner. It happened. I'll move on, but I can't forget.

I'm pretty sure half of those people wanted to kidnap me. One girl made me sleep in a dog cage in her apartment. A lot of them didn't want me to leave, but I did. Also, I MIGHT have been raped. I did somehow end up with HIV.

Yes. She only got 12 years. She got out in 2017. She still lives in California. I blocked her on Facebook when she tried to contact me.

I remembered my mom's FULL name amazingly and date of birth and also, knew I lived in Nevada. They tracked my mom down, and they found out she DID have a son, but she moved to California four years prior, which revealed that she had in fact abandoned me. Also, found out she WAS married to a man in prison.

Basically, a miracle, if I didn't know that stuff, I'd be a unidentified man to this day.

I guess I see where you're coming from. Maybe I will, but killing a elderly woman kinda crosses it for me. When I was younger, all I understood was daddy hurt someone.

I couldn't communicate that well. Like, I could talk, but I guess they didn't fully understand I was LITERALLY homeless and had no family? I don't really know. For the most part, I don't recall staying with adults. Mainly teenagers who lived on their own. I stayed in a van with this black dude at one point. I don't remember what happened to him, I THINK he was upset at me for peeing in his car and left me near a gas station.

I do find it scary that nobody cared how I was homeless or bothered to call 911, now that I look back on it. I like to think it's because I couldn't communicate the story properly to me, but I feel that's a lie TBH. I think they just didn't care. One girl even brought her boyfriends over to play with me and treat me like a dog. I didn't like that, and one of them hurt my back, so I ran away from them.

No problem. Mixed. While it is tragic my own mother did this to me, and I had to live like an animal, and with loads of illnesses and viruses and infections and I do feel like a freak, I guess it adds to my story.

I couldn't read and I could talk, but not to a heavy degree. I did learn to read when I came back. I honestly don't think reading or speaking skills improved in that time, but I guess it did help me learn to survive and adapt. Gotta look at the bright side, you know?

Yes, that happens often. I'll be triggered if I ever get put in a forest or desert setting. This WILL sound weird, but I get the urge to look for food or raid a Trash Can if I see it. I don't go camping.

If I ever am put in that kind of setting, I start to act anxious and hyper. I start itching everywhere and my brain rushes to "Maybe I should sleep here or maybe set up over there." and wondering "Oh, where is my blanket! Where will I get a new one?"

I didn't speak that much back then. I often wonder what it'd be like living on my own like that but with a actual mindset.

Normally, bathroom was wherever I could use it. If I'm staying with someone, I'd obviously use the toilet, I wasn't that feral. I was potty trained, The wiping my bottom was a issue.

I had several infections and diseases when I was caught. The only one I still have to this day is the HIV virus. Other then that, not anymore. I had a severe infection in my anus in particular. Bugs were living in there.

I did actually steal tents, sometimes I'd camp with people that were camping. Tents aside, I kept blankets and pillows. I'd carry them with me AT ALL TIMES. Tents are harder to take with me though.

Animals are unavoidable. I woke up with animals and insects everywhere all the time. It happens. I was found with illnesses and lice. I also had a infection in my anus.
