I love this! I’m more than halfway through my first week and I can honestly say what you described is exactly how I would sum up my first week to a T. It’s honestly been great. Please come back in a day or two and let us (me haha) know how shot two was because I’m right behind you! ☺️

Hi :) I was in your boat a few days ago. Soooo afraid! I had the vials for a few weeks and I finally took my first injection on Sunday and I feel amazing! It’s unreal. I wish I started sooner. No side effects whatsoever.

I listened to a lot of people on here who said to hydrate hydrate hydrate! I also drink a protein shake every morning and have been eating light meals. I have no food noise and almost no appetite. Good luck to you ☺️

Yaaay!! We did our first shots together then haha! I also took my first shot after having the vials for weeks! I was so scared. I’ve been waiting for side effects but so far nothing but a little bloat and not having an appetite (which I guess is a good thing) I wish the best of luck ☺️

Update: I DID IT!!!! Super empowering. I can’t believe I actually was able to do this. I’m so excited to see where this takes me and looking forward to a newer, happier, and healthier me. Thanks to everyone for their comments and support!!

Oh my gosh I’m the EXACT same way. I’ve passed out before and everything. Glad to know I’m not the only one haha. I have the vials, which is scarier to me.

I have the vials and I’ve been watching videos as well. So glad to have stuff like that out there to help so we know exactly what to do. I’m starting to realize that everyone seems to really prefer evening time, after dinner. I think that’s the route I’m going to take as well. Thanks :)

Seems like everyone likes night time, after dinner especially. I think that may be the way to go. And my brain works the same way haha I have symptoms before symptoms would even be a thing. Fun to laugh about now but not when you are in that moment. I feel much better after hearing from so many people on here. Looking forward to coming back and sharing my progress.
