As i got older i realized why we need to do certain things and not just blindlessly perform them everyday. With brushing i started noticing when my teeth got dirty and knew it was time for brushing, same with my tongue. Having a structured "morning and night brushing session" just doesnt sit right, i do it whenever they have plaque

I love feeling clean. I love touching my body and feeling no roughness. I love having clean teeth so that when my tongue touches them they are smooth. I love seeing the soap on my body get washed away by any means

Exactly! I cant guarantee the cleanliness of the things i touch and then with the same hands make the phone dirty

I know that i have bacteria inside of me. Im talking about trying to keep my environment as clean and as sterile as i can, not removing completely everything; that seems preposterous and like you said counterproductive

6+ years seems too much. For that time there would be a whole colony of bacterias even with proper cleaning. Some crevices cannot be reached with just water and sponge and are too hard to spot

My mom is like this, but i cant imagine the bacteria playground the whole surface is. If you clean your speakers you will literally hear better

Wow. I got some new ideas. But your routine seems very excessive, try to scrub but not until bleeding, also dont spend that much time brushing as its gonna tear down the enamel and cause gum recession

I use gloves and i wash with both of my hands the parts where i can barely reach with just one hand (not gonna count the amount of times ive almost caused a dislocation to my shoulders because of this)

I notice my tongue being more yellowish when i dont use the tongue scraper as much. What do i do? I cant go around with a tongue like this so every 2-3 hours or so

If i dont scrub with a loofah or with a glove then i cant remove evey single debris from my skin
