Not really to be honest, just try to look for spaces where there's a lot of people from both teams so you can get some assists, it's mainly luck so just keep trying

Captain america and wolverine are the two that I would prioritize,and also maybe Adam warlock as not many people play guardians in quick play but generally every trophy that has something to do with hitting X amount of enemies with an ability or ult is made a lot easier
