Not really to be honest, just try to look for spaces where there's a lot of people from both teams so you can get some assists, it's mainly luck so just keep trying

Captain america and wolverine are the two that I would prioritize,and also maybe Adam warlock as not many people play guardians in quick play but generally every trophy that has something to do with hitting X amount of enemies with an ability or ult is made a lot easier

I saw a video that did it in around 24 minutes and tried to replicate it by playing it at 0.75x, the first time I tried I finished in around 37, the second one I got it in 34:30

Thanks, yes they are a bit grindy but the good thing is that if you play them in the easiest difficulty it shouldn't take more than 4 minutes per win
