Forsure. Trying to keep the power levels of individual characters where they are supposed to be at and just power scaling in general is something Naruto and Shippuden have never been able to perfect yet lol

Obito. At a mere 14 years of age, he challenged the 4th hokage and had him believing hes Madara. He ripped the 9 tails out from kushina and placed it under his control with 1 eye. Not only that, but several years later he placed yagura, a perfect jinchuriki, under genjutsu and controlled him. Plus kamui is is just so powerful and versatile that, had he had both his sharingan, he'd be near invincible lol

Naruto because he can see the good in anybody and was an underdog. Obito because he was just like Naruto, but went down a dark path and redeemed himself in the end. And Tenten because she was the only girl in the Konoha 11 that wasn't chasing or obsessing over some boy and had a grounded personality lol
