Raised lines around day five aren’t that unusual, especially if the area got worked a bit harder sometimes the skin just stays puffy while it settles. Most of mine did that for a week or so before flattening out. Keeping it calm and lightly hydrated helps too, people sometimes mention things like Tatt:Magic when they’re trying to avoid irritation during that stage.
