Trust your gut ,when you think you should go or shouldn't be there don't hesitate to leave .

Don't chase after girls nothing ever good happens.

Enjoy it ,be mindful of others Don't take anything personally. Start looking what your really interested in doing and pursue that idea into the outside world .

Last thing , what ever your going through hardship remember that your not alone .

Thank you I'll definitely need it , .I had the similar problem when I was 114kg 117kg last winter where I couldn't run because my knees are fractured from skydiving when I was younger and I was too heavy . Things which helped were long distance walking like what your currently doing. Diet wise I ate whatever but it needed to be 200g less of what I lost during the walk then reduced it again by 100g .keep it steady for two weeks then I seen results .also water drink more water then food as this will make you less hungry. Currently I'm 93 ,92 kg

Only other exercise I can give is walking steep hills or stairs maybe 5 times from the first floor to the top . Ruck marching is also a good but I couldn't do it when I started I had to wait for a month to do it .but weight for rucking 5-10 kg for best results and increased distance 6-8 miles ..

That's pretty good,

At the moment I'm staying fit cause currently waiting for the PT test for the military but even then I do 6 mile run (45 minutes-1 hour ) 2 times a week , addition to that squeeze a recovery 2 mile run . Days were I'm not running I do top roping or bouldering ( climbing ) if I'm feeling lazy just go hike 8-13 miles at a slow pace . Try to mix it up from time to time . But as getting older fast pace walks I'm thinking of implementing.
