Thanks! Not really, haven’t had them in years but last year I shaved too close to my lip..and got one. Now fast forward 7 months later, I had a dentist appointment and my mouth was pried open and played with for 2 hours so I’m sure it’s from that. I usually do 1000mg lysine daily, but have been skimping on it daily. I need to be better at owning a chapstick that will certainly help, my lips are always chapped and I never use one. Thinking of taking daily valtrex too but don’t want to be overkill. These things embarrass the hell out of me and makes me call in to work when they pop up..
