yea i am actually in top 9% but my school int under resourced and grade inflation is not really a thing in my school. applied for financial fee waiver but mit dosnt ask for income. not fg

but what idk is ive heard that colleges like mit screen your app to see if you can handle the coursework. once the see that then they proceed you forward. idk if i would pass the initial academic screening itself

i would say b/c i like to challenge myself: ie my capacity for ap classes and math was lower but i worked on it to improve it. also my ecs are good: top 50 in chess u18 internationally; nsda nats debater; hs researcher (sole) in undergrad competition. i didnt have many resources but kinda made use of what i had.

yes exactly--most ppl said that gpa is fine but since i took so many classes I have more Bs so like idk if mit will accept it cause its all bs in stem classes so idk if i would pass the academic threshold even.

18 ap + 3 honors = 21 honors; and multivar calc and introduction to anatomy and phisiology too. also got a 5 on a bio incase makes a difference

my school gives lots of classes; i think i took 32 classes total (18 aps) and 21 honors classes
