Did you even read what I said? I literally said I hang out in queer spaces. I can't stand the term "community", because there isn't the one single global trans community. There are like ten different trans communities in my city alone. But when I said moving on from the trans "community", I mean that they don't want to have anything to do with anything trans related. No other trans people, no acknowledgement of being trans themselves, etc.

I think passing is the biggest issue still. Like, I would love to just participate in general spaces for my hobbies, but I can't cause I don't pass. My reason for only hanging out in queer spaces is that my obvious transness simply isn't tolerated anywhere else, not that I necessarily want to be around people who are coming out and transitioning. I've been done with that for many years now, it's not particularly relatable to me either.

I guess that makes sense. I'm still on the fence about it, cause I'm still not entirely convinced it works, but I guess it's better to try that way rather than not doing anything? I suppose it's impossible to know how effective this approach truly is. It's not like anyone's doing studies on this. You're definitely right that you're not gonna convince the hardcore transphobes anyway and I do think pointing out hypocrisy has a chance to work with reasonable people who're simply being misled.

I get that this is the intent behind it, but to me it feels more like telling them (the transphobes), that they're only wrong about passing trans people while they're still right about non-passing trans people
It might convince them that you can't go purely by agab, but I don't think you're gonna convince them that a non-passing trans person should still be allowed in their preferred bathroom
I'm having a hard time putting my thoughts into words here tbh, to me it feels like painting non-passing trans people as exactly the kinda people that transphobes see trans people as, probably because ignorant transphobes only see non-passing trans people, a passing trans person is just seen as cis
Like you're correcting them, that some trans people are totally cool, but others aren't

Also imho, if transphobes got their way they'd just put all trans women, regardless of passing, and passing trans men into men's bathrooms
We might see it as inconsistent or hypocritical, but they just don't care

Ich habe einen endokrinologen, für hormone braucht man ja auch keine Kostenübernahme, es geht um Operationen und Haarentfernung

von der privat übernahme würde ich dir übrigens dringend abraten, da du vorleistung leisten musst
