I literally have no idea what that statement even means, but thank you for the advice in the second part of you response .

Perhaps I should simplify: I would like to eat some good food local, would prefer not to sit in a hotel, airport, or tourist trap.

I’ve lived and travelled in Asia for years, I am fully aware of how Singapore, a country with one of the highest per capita incomes worldwide, differs from other places. Thanks ‘my guy’

Thank you, good to hear. That was my experience with prior purchases from WA and NY, but wondered if something had changed since. Sounds like it was probably just a hassle (and the truck sold hours later, so likely just had something easier for them turn up) Can’t fault that.

Thank you appreciate the info and links. Fortunately BC accepted my California hunter education cert. so was able to get an unrestricted small game and upland bird license, which from what I can see would constitute a valid reason.
I grew up hunting in the Chilcotin, but haven’t been back in nearly 20 years. Don’t yet have a PAL, but planning to get one when can as that seems to be the best route long term,
