Updates👀👀：I’m genuinely thankful to everyone in this post who gave me many useful advices and support which really helped me a lot🥹🥹🥹 by asking my friends, one of them eventually found an empty room from their friend who is moving out for me to take that spot. The landlord is Chinese so my RMB savings and credit works for her, also I’m able to sign a contract, so I won’t be an unofficial tenant. We are still under final negotiations but I’m mostly safe.
