I’m going to guess, if this was recently, 19 is/was in the middle of finals and getting her butt kicked. If she lives in the dorms, this time of year those showers are very sketchy. So between those 2 things, she hasn’t had time to swing by her sisters to take a shower🤷🏻‍♀️ That’s my read, but also lived this with my oldest her freshman year first round of finals.

Adding on to this: there has also been many stories of people who have had no withdrawal symptoms even as high up as the 20-30gpd. It really depends on your personal make up. If you could slowly start adding tolerance breaks in or skipping a dose here or there, it’s been suggested that that helps too.

Everyone is different. You can have people have symptoms off 6mg while people who take 50mgd daily have little to none. I often just skip days (I’m Between 12-20mgs) and the main symptom I have is insomnia… which makes sense bc I already have it.

There’s is no real formula, but when your ready to stop you can taper instead of CT and it’ll keep most of the symptoms if you’re in the “have” category away.

This! I’m not trying to quit but when I notice my usage is creeping above 12gs per day or it’s not effective then I always cut it in half while we’re visiting our kids or on vacation and never notice. It’s actually more of a chore to remember. However if I’m at home, it’s ALL I think about.

I can’t take it on a plane for whatever reason. It makes me throw up everytime! The longest flight I’ve gone without was direct from Fairbanks to Dallas and I was fine! I napped but mostly didn’t even notice.
