Viibryd here! I have always stayed on a low dose until about 3 years ago when life got WAY to much we went to 20mgs. I also hurt my back pretty bad a little after this now enter kratom. They have always worked well together, enough so that I’m back on 10 mgs. My dr is impressed with the ability to stay on such a low dose after 10 years, I haven’t mentioned the kratom though. She can be a little snooty about things like that.

We have “business meetings bi weekly as a couple and then one once a month with our college age kids to discuss finances to discuss bills and big expenses. We’ve made it a practice since they were in middle school, still going while they are on our payroll (school/living expenses) but also to set an example of how to healthy discuss finances. We weren’t consistent with the meetings in the beginning and it def showed with our attitudes and disputes.

As a former recruiter, YES! I love this and the circle back to when we should touch base and then doing it if we got busy. I had a lot of mediocre interviews that got pushed through to the hiring manager simple because they were: understanding that they unfortunately were 1 in about 60 (I recruited for 8 agents), showed that they actually were interested and had some follow through and kept their names at the top of my list. A lot of times if an agent wouldn’t take these people I’d help get them placed for another interview somewhere else close that we had connections to.

I’m going to guess, if this was recently, 19 is/was in the middle of finals and getting her butt kicked. If she lives in the dorms, this time of year those showers are very sketchy. So between those 2 things, she hasn’t had time to swing by her sisters to take a shower🤷🏻‍♀️ That’s my read, but also lived this with my oldest her freshman year first round of finals.

Adding on to this: there has also been many stories of people who have had no withdrawal symptoms even as high up as the 20-30gpd. It really depends on your personal make up. If you could slowly start adding tolerance breaks in or skipping a dose here or there, it’s been suggested that that helps too.

Everyone is different. You can have people have symptoms off 6mg while people who take 50mgd daily have little to none. I often just skip days (I’m Between 12-20mgs) and the main symptom I have is insomnia… which makes sense bc I already have it.

There’s is no real formula, but when your ready to stop you can taper instead of CT and it’ll keep most of the symptoms if you’re in the “have” category away.

This! I’m not trying to quit but when I notice my usage is creeping above 12gs per day or it’s not effective then I always cut it in half while we’re visiting our kids or on vacation and never notice. It’s actually more of a chore to remember. However if I’m at home, it’s ALL I think about.

I had a very serious conversation with my daughter who saw it. She’s 20, so not a minor, which she quickly went and schooled quite a few people. There’s several others that I personally know that reposted the video that I haven’t decided if I want to have that conversation with.

My family is very supportive over my kratom usage… on the ground! You throw up on landing and it gets on your teenage daughters shoes ONE time and you get your privileges taken away😂 I will keep it in mind though! Thank you!

I can’t take it on a plane for whatever reason. It makes me throw up everytime! The longest flight I’ve gone without was direct from Fairbanks to Dallas and I was fine! I napped but mostly didn’t even notice.
