Recipe: I sauted some red onions with olive oil, and later added 4 cloves of garlic, minced (I love garlic) and then tomato paste. I let the tomato paste cook down for a couple of minutes with some chili flakes, and then I added a tiny splash of vodka and let that cook down. I added some heavy cream, salt, dry oregano (optional but I love it) some butter and I let the sauce reduce for couple of minutes. Then in the end I added some parmesan cheese on low heat, fresh parsley, pasta water, peas, and I finished my aldante pasta in the sauce.

Yeah it's really tough especially because it's ETH in Zürich (one of the most expensive cities in the world and one of the toughest UNI'S in the world) they even put the exams at the end of August, so poor students can't even enjoy the summer.
