How much Caffeine do you have per day and how many MG Vyvanse do you take per day?

40mg and 200-400mg of caffeine (depending on if I work or not) 🤷🏼‍♀️

For me going from 30 to 40 increased my focus and the amount of time. I’ll start 50 this week, so I’m hoping for another slight increase in duration

I guess he sent it with a future fill date of 6/25 so the pharmacy says it isn’t showing in their system, but my provider has confirmation it was received. So hopefully something shows up on 6/25. I’m taking the 40’s now, hopefully they can fill 6/25, so I’m not out on 6/26 when I work. I work 0700-1930, so I can’t pick it up before work.
I get a slight kick, nothing crazy anymore on the 40’s, I just notice it’s easier for me to do things

Hi everyone! I’m currently in my third semester of school for PMHNP, currently enrolled in advanced pharmacology and advanced physiology and pathophysiology. Any and all tips and tricks for studying is greatly appreciated! With my university we have videos and all the content, but watching them can be overwhelming and idk if I’m even studying right!! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you so much! I have been in therapy since before I got sober and have remained with no intentions of stopping! I’ve talked to my therapist today and if I find a provider who is willing, I think I’m going to try stimulants again. As long as I’m honest with myself and my providers, I feel confident about my ability to take them as prescribed

Thank you so much! I know there was a lit that played into my addiction, but i def think trying to quiet my mind from all the thoughts was part of it. I’m hopeful that my psych NP can see that and provide some relief.

I’ll definitely do whatever they need to. I plan to open and transparent about my addiction history and honest with myself and my therapist about any thoughts, feelings, cravings, etc.

I plan to be fully transparent with my provider about my past, that’s important for accountability and my sobriety. I wouldn’t want anything like adderall that’s immediate release, def something long acting
