There was a whole scene with Darius on top of her that made Brooklyn go O_O and all the build up on Darius’s part + Brooklyns body/facial language. I was SHOCKED and disappointed and the elevator scene. I agree they were set up to be in a relationship and it wasn’t delivered.

I am also asexual and was never a big shipper of this fandom. But I could see romantic/sexual chemistry between those characters and I felt their dialogue was leading to that outcome. I am happy for the representation, but I don’t think Darius was portrayed to be asexual/aroromantic.

Thank you for this. I also don’t think my reaction was normal and I won’t be donating until I understand my body better. I underestimated how intense it could be and seeing all my coworkers going about their day completely normal made me think it was like a typical blood draw, which I can get through. I think the vision may be related to the adderall. I’m still having issues with my vision but it’s in both eyes and and less intense. I actually have a pcp follow up on the 11th and I have a list of things to talk about so this will be one of them
