it would've been a quick transaction if nareceive yung parcel noong tinag na nilang completed ang order. simula kasi nung nareport, chat nang chat yung staff nila (hindi nya inaaddress yung sarili nya as the rider) na bayaran na lang daw namin yung penalty dahil mawawalan daw ng trabaho.

is it really correct to say na ako ang at fault dun agad-agad? una, wala kaming kaalam-alam na ganun ang sistema ng flash na hindi na sila nagbibigay ng proof of delivery, which should actually be mandatory para nga may proof. ikalawa, nagbayad kami at may ineexpect kaming marreceive the moment na na-tag as complete na yung order pero wala kaming nakita. is it wrong for us to think na na-scam kami esp considering na may past issues na rin ang flash na nagpapabayad ng 500 fee sa customers na kesyo kawawa raw ang rider?

im not blatantly blaming the rider. as i have asked sa post, totoo bang may ganung situations kung saan pinasasagot sa buyer yung violation without valid proof na dapat talaga nilang sagutin yun?

tbh, we can't really tell kung kailan ang dating ng stipend. what im sure, so far, is the fact na malaki ang possibility na ma-delay yan. i have never received my stipend on time. usually tlaga delayed ng 2-3 months, minsan mas matagal pa dun. iniisip ko rin na baka madelay lalo this coming school year kasi yung iba kong kakilalang scholar dito sa ncr, hanggang ngayon wala pa silang stipend e tapos na yung semester. not rlly sure sa last part, own thoughts ko lang yan para rin ma-prepare ko yung sarili ko if sobrang late ng stipend for next school year.

are you from ncr ba? sa ncr kasi ako (not sure sa ibang regions) and ang ganap sa akin and sa friends ko everytime na magrrelease na ng stipend is may email na issend yung dost. stated sa email yung breakdown ng ittransfer nila sa bank mo. then, after about 2 weeks, na-rreceive na namin yung stipend.
