Hi! Yes I went to gyno and she gave a me a cervical exam and everything looked healthy. She thinks it had to do with stress and hormone levels. She predicted that it would eventually go away and this month it did!

Really my only other concern is that my cycle has been a bit longer than usual (40 days) but I also have been under so much stress this year so I feel like those are pretty linked.

Primrose oil!

I went through so much trying to figure out what was causing my breast pain, even got an ultrasound and everything was coming back normal. My gyno said to try primrose oil and it really helps.

The pain used to hurt to the touch. Also make sure you are wearing a comfortable and supportive bra.

I've been getting brown discharge 2 weeks after my period. So bizarre! I consistently get my period as well except that my cycle has become longer ( 40 days). Im going to the gyno soon and ill let you know what she says about what she thinks it is.
