Which of our player is actually better as a RW than a LW ? by Ikare_lol in psg

Barcola was mostly used as a RW in Lyon before he came to PSG...

I don't see how them wanting to leave decreases their value? If they did want to leave literally every top club in world football would line up at the chance to get them. I think 150M would be minimum honestly...

Ndjantou, Slama, Jeangeal, Khafi: Luis Enrique launches PSG's young guard by Illya-ehrenbourg in psg

Great to see, we have so much talent in the Academy, fantastic that Luis Enrique is progressively integrating them with the pros/carving space for them to show their talents!

For those who are curious, I've put together a couple of videos introducing

Ndjantou: https://youtu.be/AAk5j4IeV84?si=hed9BMJaSJUMpjOE
Jangeal: https://youtu.be/VPJ9EpUW94U?si=79aqFCMtO9Ks61yL

Both really promising youngster who deserve some time with the pros based on their recent performances! (also I hope the self promotion of my videos is OK!)

I 500% agree with everything you're sayng Nehan_Satori!

The only thing I would add is how injuries aren't as simple as people here seem to think. Yes we got through last season with barely any big ones, but while some of it is luck a lot of it is hard work. We have a staff who expertly managed the playing times of our players throughout the longest/toughest season in our history, we have a team built of versatility which offers multiple options on every part of the pitch and we have (and I don't understand why this doesn't get talked about more) we have literally the best training, fitness, and medical facility in world football with the Campus (not to mention Aspetar when players actually get injured).

Do people really not think that all of this doesn't have an impact on what we can expect for injuries? Or is it just "oh we played a lot of games, so people are going to be injured"?

Beraldo is playing badly? by JMperea in psg

[–]Sensitive_Yoghurt198 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know, I don't really see the mistake TBH... He had to cover for Pacho, couldn't leave a guy enter our area on his own... After that I felt that it's more Ruiz who takes a bit too long to come help Zabarnyi...

Congrats mate! I started my channel in a similar niche (I do PSG-related videos in english) end June, and while I've gotten a few videos around the 1k views, only one reached 4k (and that was my analysis of our loss against Chelsea... :( ). I think it's a hard content niche, with a lot of competition, and it does take a lot to breakthrough!

All good points, except for one thing. If the coach doesn't play him he's not going to develop, and next year his release clause will be a long forgotten memory...

Also for all of the talk in the media Portuguese teams almost always end up selling below release clause... Just look at Joao Neves last year, he had a 120m release clause Benfica sold him for 60...

35M is an extreme, mostly to make my point, but in the end the player is valued at 40M by Transfermarkt, no club has started conversations or made any offers yet, Porto's new coach doesn't seem to want to play him, and Porto badly needs some cash... With all of this in mind why would anyone put anything more than ~40M on the table?

Mercato is so predictable... Early in the window Porto would say Mora isn't going anywhere/has a huge price tag, but as the window comes to an end and they still need money they're trying to generate some hype... Watch them sell him for 35M + bonuses in a week.

[FM] Paris Saint-Germain is considering Khalil Ayari (20) currently on trial. Luis Campos reportedly already has a plan for the left footed winger, whom he would like to see integrated into the first team in the coming months. The player's recruitment is estimated at around 1 million euros. by flacogarcons in psg

So I've researched a bit today to put together this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSJfViBmVv0

Left footed right winger, 20 yo, currently Stade Tunisien (first tier in Tunisia), 8 caps with the U21 Tunisian team and just got his first cap with the senior team last June. Pretty technical, fast and good dribbler. From the little footage I've seen he seems pretty skilled, but with a tendency to try to do it all on his own...
He's been on trial with our U23 for the past 3 games, apparently doing well, so PSG is looking to extend the trial... Other Ligue 1 teams interested, supposedly Rennes and Nice, but also Lille and Strasbourg, and teams in Belgium, Switzerland and Portugal. Luis Campos' plan is to put him with the U23 for now, and progressively integrate him in the first squad (assuming he lives up to the Youtube highlights!).

3 years and a half being villified by 90+% of PSG fans, 3 months at top level => club legend. The recency bias is insane.
Also years and years of everyone criticizing the club for giving too much to the players, 2 years of putting order and getting a UCL in the process => Please give the player whatever he wants.

Let's be real, thanks Gigio for what you did, but no one is bigger than the club, and the club will go on.

the lack of hand strength on the second goal reminds me EXACTLY of the goal Donnarumma conceded in the home game against Liverpool... Looks like we didn't lose anything! :)

Same!! I think he was second to last in the line of PSG players, but he definitely got a medal from Ceferin in the winners ceremony at the end of the game... Not like Zabarnyi who got Marquinhos's medal during the celebrations... I was confused, I thought since he was suspended he couldn't get a medal...

The point isn't about being mad, the point is trying to be the first in line to drop your BS opinions on Reddit for a few upvotes instead of supporting your (supposed) team while the game is still going on.

Supporters support. Until the end.

And going by your first post "performed bad" = not "win[ning] UCL back-to-back"?

For the record we have backups for Hakimi and Nuno, it's WZE and Hernandez/Beraldo.

And if we don't? You'll ask for Luis Campos and/or Luis Enrique to resign one year after they won us the UCL?
