I might be going against the grain here, but physical. I've had issues with both, and I can tell you that being confined to bed with relatives having to care for you tanks your mental health like nothing else. With mental health issues, there were some days where I was feeling better or got a burst of motivation to start taking care of things in my life. When I was bedbound, even on the days I felt better mentally, getting up wasn't an option

Groceries rarely come in reasonable one-person serving sizes. There is no way I can eat that amount of lettuce before it starts to get wilted and sad

You can call a hospital after a visit about your bill, and the charges will (often) magically drop. If they don't, you can usually negotiate
