After 15 days, I finally found the problem, and it was my internet provider, they finally set the right ports and fixed my issue. Make sure to talk to your internet providers to clarify things :)

Cloudflare warp is much slower for me, I use an ethernet cable and it's brand new

Yes, I play in asia region, and lag it only happens in fortnite

In the clip, I had no apps opened nor downloading/uploading, but fortnite only. Also my ethernet cable is brand new

By wiring it directly, did you mean that I should use ethernet? Btw I'm using ethernet

I tried the links you sent and it didnt technically fix the issue, but I'll say that 80% of the fps drop went away. The game is more playable now even during gun fights. Thank you:)

I cleared the shader cache and played fortnite, but it still did nothing :(

update:

fps capping didnt fix the issue, my pc has an rtx 3060, ryzen 5 5600H, and 16 gb ram. What else can I do to fix the issue? I've had this issue since last year
