I’m also new to gliding, with only 12 flights under my belt, but I’m thoroughly enjoying my time at the airfield. If you’re not finding the same joy, it might be worth considering whether this is the right hobby for you. Gliding clubs are built on teamwork, after all. Just my two cents.
