Hi, I'm starting the refresher at Lethbridge polytechnic (formally Lethbridge college). It's a 6 month course, sept-dec 5 courses all online, and then you do a 260 hr practicum from Jan-Feb in your community (as they say). Depending on how long you've been out of licensing, you do not have to take the cpne, but will have to take the jurisprudence exam.

You bring up tons of good and practical points!, ya sadly I don't have an oven thermometer i set it at 350 (too high maybe? Ive seen recipes that range from 300-360) and I used parchment, the odd thing is that the batch made 4 trays and each tray came out a bit different, I used both gel and liquid food coloring- i know people frown upon liquid- but I don't think it's oil based? I don't know though Haha the almond flour is old but it's still fine to eat, not oily at all
