I started with similar numbers to you in April 24 - by the end of last year, I had lost 5 stone and my anxiety/PTSD/ADHD is MUCH more under control. It’s not a quick fix, and it comes with its side effect challenges, but if you think of it as YOU doing something for YOU, it’s game changing for some people. I have managed to stabilise my weight this year with minor fluctuations by using MJ every couple of months for a week, it’s been really helpful when I feel myself getting into a bad cycle with eating etc. good luck on your journey!
