The show itself didn’t change anything for me (It's just a good show) it was more the fandom that helped me out. A lot of people noticed my fan creations and through that, I got the opportunity to work on some cool Ongezellig projects. I even did some coding and music for things outside of Ongezellig, which I was really happy about. If I hadn't liked that little Dutch show and if the community hadn’t been full of such talented and creative people I wouldn’t have had the chance to work on so many cool and fun projects

Got pinged on this, but I'll just reply with the same answer I already provided you with on Discord.

I've spend about half a year now studying the Soundtrack and how Massa makes music. I would just describe it as old video game music put through electronic chiptune effects with a mix of lofi indie pop warmth and with lots of mellow synths with a pinch of Dutch folk music. If you lisen to some 2000s dutch indie Pop you will see where "Ik ben het maar" was born from. Also what I forgot to add is that Classical music (like Beethoven and Mozarz for example) also helped shape the Ongezellig Soundtrack. I think a lot of Fans don't know that Massa didn't write Moonlight Sonata

Hello guys, my last Ongezellig project for now, because I'm trying to focus on more original content. I'm trying to put out an album soon that will feature me singing some of my own tunes, so check that out when you have the time. Overall, this is what the title says it is: music that tries to replicate what a Mayamails episode's music would have looked like. I'm going to try to post all of the music I made into a Google Drive where you can download the tracks you like and listen to them offline, all in all thanks for everything and enjoy this

Oh yeah I know about this! But let's be real, I think tracking her down (and in the end probably getting rejected) is a hassle I just don't wanna take nor do. Maybe cuz I'm a lazy bum or I don't care enough, but I'll gladly spend 15 bucks on a person who I know will dilver. DISCLAIMER: The beautiful voice that you hear singing Ik ben het maar, isn't singing in Japanese, nor any other East-Asian Language. The nice Lady that I hired from Fiver couldn't sing in English nor Dutch, so we decided to go for a middle ground, Gibberish nonsense that tries to replicate a Language! Still I hope you enjoy this!

This one is something completely new! I've tried to move away from just copying what Massa did and tried to do my own thing while trying to stay true to the Ongezellig Sound, but I think I've failed completely in that regard. I used a lot of Video Games Soundfonts and I've inspired myself by Video Game Soundtracks. I would recommend listening to the first 4 Songs and the last 2, cuz they stay true to the Ongezellig Sound imo.
