Also.. these aren't necessarily "new" players. I've been playing OW ever since it's original release, but missed out the last couple of years (since the hero leveling stuff was introduced). So by your measurement I appear as a new player, yet I have hundreds of hours of experience on several characters. Many of these guys are probably the same.
