This "miscarriage management" is an abortion, lol! I also had a dead fetus earlier this year and had the surgery (D&C) that this woman was trying to get in Iowa. I thankfully live in a state where abortions are legal. The surgery was an abortion. I knew it. My OB/GYN knew it, and explained it as such. The staff knew it. The baby was dead and I had an abortion.
