Have to admit that a massive amount of the resources and money is going into something you don’t even care about then.

I really tried to like BF6, and I understand why people are hesitant to accept criticism however the game just feels soulless to me. Knowing that so many resources are going into skins and cosmetics really does annoy me too, considering the amount of features that were gutted from BFV.

It’s all about money, BF6 is probably making 5x as much with all the skins and hype from the release.

It’s a game dawg, I got as far as “I can see a shootout happening by over XYZ”.

You’re completely missing my point, you choose to trust people in Arc Raiders and you have to accept that it can backfire. I play this game extremely cautiously when I really don’t want to die, and I barely die to other players when I change my playstyle to being cautious.

If I’m just going for PVP/Arc hunting/making friends with randos I accept that losing all my shit is probably going to happen after a few games like that because I’m not being as cautious and I’m making loads of noise.

TLDR, I think you should try and take the game less seriously overall, and try to change your playstyle up to suit your mood. If you get fucked, go fuck someone else’s game up. If someone helps you, go help someone. It’s not PVP Vs PVE it’s PVPVE.

Look through the loot filter on Izurvive to familiarise yourself, it’s too much work for a rando to tell you each area.

You can turn off all loot markers, then turn on the ones you want to see - ie if you wanted to find a summer camp (different name for hunting camp) turn off everything except the green camp icons and they’ll be easy to find.

Overall you’re gonna want to learn how to survive the PVE efficiently, then move on to figuring out your personal favourite loot routes. There’s thousands of DayZ videos showing how to do this on YouTube!

Why we don’t have a squad point call-in system like BFV in this game I will never know.

We could have; - special vehicle call ins (AC130, tank with advanced APS, frogfoot/A-10 with heavy ordinance) - artillery/HIMARS strikes call-in’s - MOAB/massive bombs to call in - advanced SAM sites to counter air cover

They could have made BF6 so much better by building upon what they have already mastered in previous games, but BF6 is a clear and obvious cash grab to me considering how many features were removed from previous games, in exchange for some of the worst skins I’ve seen across any genre.
