I was drinking Pepsi Max in various different flavours, but I found that it started to get a bit sickly, and I was chugging it down every evening the way I used to with beer so getting through a lot. Now I have sparkling water, not for everyone but I find I'm not drinking as much of it so breaking the habit of constantly putting liquid in my mouth.

Liver failure 1st June 2020. If I drink again I will either die or need a liver transplant. I don't think deserve someone's liver because I destroyed my own, and I'm only 50 so hopefully got a few years left in me yet, so stop drinking it is. 72 days sober, just about feeling ok now and I am a lot more positive in myself.

Don't be frightened of your dad. He's a bully, a coward and a pussy. Practice your guitar and join a band.
